KAIHONG provides technology and services that enable online gaming, AR/VR and online advertising services to build their audience, maximize their revenue, and streamline their operations.
We typically do not directly interact with the individual owners of information, unless the owner of the information is our client. Rather, we typically process information (including personal information, if any) on behalf of our clients when they are using our Services.
When we process personal information in the context of managing our customer relationship with you, operating our Website, and performing our marketing activities, the controller of your personal information is KAIHONG CULTURE, INC. When we process your personal information on behalf of our clients as part of the Services we perform on their behalf, the controller of your personal information is our client, not us. Children
The Website and the Services are not directed to persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.
2. How we collect your information
From the first moment you interact with KAIHONG ,we and our vendors are collecting information. Sometimes you provide us with information, and sometimes information about you is collected automatically through cookies, pixels, and other tracking tools (see Section 6 below for more information about these tools).
We collect information directly from you and your devices when:

- You chat with us for customer support
- You communicate with us by telephone, email, or social media

- You listen to our clients’ audio content, including digital radio stations, podcasts and mobile applications

The information we collect and process about you varies depending on how you interact with KAIHONG(i.e., whether you are a content owner, a visitor of our Website or a listener of the audio content of one of our clients).
From users of our Services:

Customer record information: Any correspondence or information that you send us, and records of products or services purchased, obtained or considered.
Purchase and Preference Information: Information about the products and content you browse or purchase, and records of your transactions and subscription purchases.
Geolocation data: General location derived from an IP address (but not your precise geolocation within the ranges defined by applicable laws unless we obtain a separate consent from you).
Device, Internet, or other electronic network activity information: Internet Service Provider, operating system, internet browser type, device type, settings, language, browsing activity (such as URLs, titles and content of the web pages and other information you search for or access through the Services), which ads and digital content you click on or engage with, whether you open and click through our emails, and information related to the manner in which you access the Services.
Professional Information: If you interact with us on behalf of business customers, vendors, or other companies, in addition to other information described in this notice, we may also collect items like your job title, office location, compensation or payments, and engagement history with us.
Inferences: We may analyze the information that we collect in order to draw inferences about you, reflecting what we believe to be your preferences, characteristics, predispositions, and attitudes.
Sensitive personal information: We will collect your payment information (such as bank information, payment card number, and expiration date), and account username and password for your KAIHONG account. In addition to the above, if you interact with us on behalf of business customers, vendors, or other companies, we may also collect your driver’s license number, background check information, and social security number if relevant to our relationship with you.

Customer record information: any information you provide by submitting a form (such as name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, and any comments or questions you submit)

Personal information, once “de-identified” so that it cannot be linked back to you, is not subject to this Policy, and we may treat such information as non-personal information and use it without obligation to you, except where prohibited by applicable law. We may also combine personal information with information that does not directly identify you; if we do so, we will consider the combined information to be personal information.

- Personalise the Services, including by providing content, features, or advertisements that match your interests and preferences;
- Enable you to communicate, collaborate, and share content with users you designate;
- Conduct business prospect activities, when you have opted-in to such activities
- Provide you market data (e.g., rankers, reports, research, and other insights), if you have requested such data;
- Provide you a demonstration of our Services;
- In the case of business contacts, to administer and manage our relationship with you and your employer (such as record-keeping, payments, communicating with you, tracking outcomes, and verifying your eligibility and suitability); and
- For other purposes about which we may notify you from time to time.
We also may use the information we collect about you in an aggregate form to conduct analysis or research, such as research about customer demographics, internet use, and interests and behaviour. Aggregate data is not personal information. Aggregate data may also be used for website administration, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Corporate Parents, Affiliates and Subsidiaries:

Clients: We may share your information with our clients, if we have collected the information on a client’s behalf.

We may share your information with select advertising, marketing and analytics partners so that they can personalize the advertisements inserted into our clients’ audio content on behalf of our clients.
Other third parties when required by law or in order to protect the safety of our Website and/or the Services:
We may share your information with regulators, law enforcement, judicial bodies, or other third parties as necessary to comply with applicable laws or to protect the security of KAIHONG, its corporate parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, our users and customer, our Website, and/or the Services.

If we sell all or part of our business, or make a sale or transfer of assets, or are otherwise involved in a merger or business transfer, or in the event of a bankruptcy, we may transfer your information to a third party as a result of, or in connection with, that transaction.

Contract: It is necessary for our performance of the contract you have agreed to enter with us. If you do not provide your personal information to us, we will not be able to carry out our obligations under the terms of the contract.

KAIHONG will not discriminate against you because you made any of these requests. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to responding to your requests. The verification steps will vary depending on the sensitivity of the personal information and whether you have an account with us.
We may deny certain requests, or fulfill a request only in part, based on our legal rights and obligations. For example, we may retain personal information as permitted by law, such as for tax or other record keeping purposes, to maintain an active account, and to process transactions and facilitate customer requests. As noted earlier, if you are an employee, contractor, or job applicant, your rights with respect to your personal information collected in those contexts will be described in a separate privacy notice that we provide to you where and when appropriate.

We reserve the right not to change personal information if we disagree that it is incorrect, but we will append your requested alternative information. We may not provide access to personal information where permitted or required to deny access by the applicable law, for example, where the information requested would disclose the personal information, including opinions, of another individual or if it is subject to solicitor-client or litigation privilege.
You have the right to refuse to provide or to withdraw your consent to processing of your personal information at any time with effect for future processing. This would not affect processing where the applicable law allows us to process personal information without consent.

9. Data Security
We have implemented and maintain technical and organizational security measures, policies, and procedures designed to reduce the risk of accidental destruction or loss, or the unauthorized disclosure or access to personal information appropriate to the nature of the information concerned.
Nevertheless, no transmission or storage of information on the Internet is 100% safe. As the security of information depends in part on the security of the computer you use to communicate with us and the security you use to protect user IDs and passwords, please take appropriate measures to protect this information.
10. Data Storage and Retention
KAIHONG hosts data with hosting service providers in numerous locations including the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Australia. We may disclose your information to our hosting service providers or any other service providers in those countries or any other country in which we may conduct our business from time to time. As a result, this information may be subject to access by and disclosure to government and law enforcement agencies in those countries according to their laws.
